My recent obsession with tiny people!

"Sorry for the lack of updates! Been busy and also creating new tinies for DrJosworkshop. They are called Foodollies and Tinipeople! Got a few custom orders too! Yeah! So less words more pics this time!

Generally I make three sizes of these miniature figurines. They are approx. 5cm, 4cm and 3cm tall. The smallest I have made is about 2cm tall. Still challenging myself to go smaller!

First these are the Japanese Foodollies! They are inspired from Kokeshi dolls. I personally love Japanese food and their dolls are just kawaii! Foodollies will come with their favorite food attached to them wherever they go! Do you like them? These measures at around 3.5cm tall excluding the food and bell.

This is Super Bun Girl! She's a Foodollie that loves her bun! And of course my signature fluffy bear!

These Foodollies are about 4cm tall. They are actually made for a friend's daughter and so it inspired me to make more. Making the food item enormous in comparison to the figurines.

These Foodollies are the tiniest of all! Measuring at approx. 3 to 2.5cm excluding the macaroon. I called them macaroon babies! Very chubby cheeks and innocent looking eyes. I tried to play with different looks for the eyes. Which one do you like?

Say hi to Sylke! My Buddy's sweetheart for now! Haha... It was made for her birthday. This Tinipeople measures at 5cm. Started making custom figurines because of her!

And...this is Buddy! (My son) He's tiny here, only standing at 2cm! By the way Buddy is 3 and half years old.

Made a "special edition" Tinipeople, the "haze baby"! We are experiencing one of the worst and longest haze in Singapore caused by forest and plantation burning in Indonesia. We are suffocating here! Please go away soon....

Last but not least The Little Red Riding Hood! Planning to make wolf and grandma soon...

I get distracted easily so I never stick to my plan when it comes to crafting my polymer clay. I make whatever comes to my mind. I made a few more other projects along the way but will post in my next blog, meantime, feel free to leave me any comments. Something has been nagging me for a few days now, should I open an etsy shop? Will people like and buy my creations. Please I welcome and love comments, good or bad!
